The learning experience

Every aspect to the AICM style of learning addresses the need for positive and proactive approaches to dealing with learners and their employers.  The more confident learners are with their skills and knowledge, the more the organisation has to gain.  By encouraging participants to share their ideas with others, AICM Learning Services assists our participants to develop excellent problem solving abilities and provides the opportunity to learn through new ideas and innovations.

Face-to-face & on-line training delivery

AICM programs utilise both face-to face and web based delivery.

You can choose to undertake a program online or face to face only, or you can access learning opportunities which embrace both face-to-face and online delivery.

The key philosophy of our delivery strategies is to enable you to participate in learning at a pace that will suit your workplace and personal commitments.

Irrespective of the delivery method you can be confident that the training will be conducted in small group sizes and with highly qualified expert trainers who ensure that both styles of delivery are engaging and highly interactive.

Blended programs

AICM Learning Services offer flexibility in learning delivery and assessment and participants can elect their own unique blended program incorporating the on-line, face-to-face and recognition modes to suit their needs, minimise time away from the workplace and fast-track achieving their qualifications. Our experienced training team will assist clients select the best combination to achieve their learning goals.

AICM Learning Services Recognition Program (RPL)

AICM Learning Services is aware that many of our potential learners already have extensive workplace experience and skills.

If you believe that you may be able to complete part or perhaps a complete qualification in recognition of prior learning, AICM will work with you to gather the appropriate evidence that will support your application for recognition of prior learning, referred to as RPL.

You may also be eligible for mutual recognition of qualifications and units of competence that you have already successfully completed. This is subject to relevance and time criteria.

For more information about the Recognition Program please download the AICM RPL Guide  or contacteducation@aicm.com.au.

Learners can also access their training record online, for more information see Learner Support.
