Training Package Transition

Learners who commenced their training prior to 30 September 2011 should contact AICM Learning Services to obtain a Financial Services Training Package (FNS04) Transition Program which is tailored to their personal requirements.  Please email education@aicm.com.au to obtain your tailored program.

Students who enrolled from 1 October 2011 onwards will be automatically transitioned in the latest version of the Financial Services Training Package FNS10 .

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The enrolment of a substitute, advised in writing prior to the commencement of the course, will be accepted.

Cancellations received less than 10 days before commencement are subject to a cancellation fee of $250

If insufficient participants are registered for any course, the course may be cancelled by AICM. A rescheduled course or full refund will be made in such cases.
